Owner and master tradesmen, Peter Lovetere, has been a certified professional carpet installer in Massachusetts since 1978. He leads an experienced team of carpet installers in residential and commercial environments, from contract nylon carpets to luxury wool carpets. He strives to conjure the industrial revolutionary Americana that has been lost over the years by opening up the doors of his work space to the buying public. Whether you are a young couple who just bought a new home or a local designer looking for an area rug for your client, you will be welcomed in the same way. Our Carpet Workroom is home to a 12′x30′ working air table complete with multiple sewing machines for carpet edging; binding, surging, fringing, border/tapestry application, and much more. Our showroom is full of a diverse collection of wool carpet remnants and new broadloom carpet samples. There is no limit to the kinds of products we can obtain.
We are tucked away on the Needham/Newton town line, right by the Charles River. We are in close proximity to route 128 and the Mass Pike, so we offer our carpet and rug services in the city of Boston, including the surrounding neighborhoods of Charlestown, South Boston, The South End, Somerville, The North End, Back Bay, Brighton and Cambridge.
